What Data We Collect - The text of the messages you send in the chat and the assistant's responses, both during the conversation and, in log form, afterward. - An anonymous session identifier generated by your browser to keep the conversation flowing between messages. - Your IP address, stored only in encrypted/anonymized form (hashed), never in plain text. - The type of device you're using (desktop, mobile, tablet) and the language of the website. - If you choose to leave us your contact details (e.g., to be contacted back): your name and email. - If you make a purchase through the chat, the data required to process the order, following the same procedures already in place for purchases on the website. Why We Use It - To provide you with relevant responses through the virtual assistant. - To contact you if you explicitly ask us to by leaving your details. - For aggregated statistical analysis (e.g., how many conversations we receive, which topics are most requested) to improve the service. - To manage any purchases initiated through the chat. Data Retention We store chat history for as long as necessary for the above purposes, and in any case for no longer than 24 months, unless required by law.
