By using the chat, you accept these terms. Nature of the Service Responses are generated automatically and, in rare cases, may contain inaccuracies or errors. The information provided by the assistant is for informational purposes only and does not replace official confirmation from our staff: for bookings, orders, quotes, or important requests, always verify the details with us directly using the contact details provided in the chat or on the website. Proper Use Please refrain from using the chat to send offensive, illegal, or infringing content. We reserve the right to suspend access to the service in case of misuse. What Data We Collect - The text of the messages you send in the chat and the assistant's responses, both during the conversation and, in log form, afterward. - An anonymous session identifier generated by your browser to keep the conversation flowing between messages. - Your IP address, stored only in encrypted/anonymized form (hashed), never in plain text. - The type of device you're using (desktop, mobile, tablet) and the language of the website. - If you choose to leave us your contact details (e.g., to be contacted back): your name and email. - If you make a purchase through the chat, the data required to process the order, following the same procedures already in place for purchases on the website. Why We Use It - To provide you with relevant responses through the virtual assistant. - To contact you if you explicitly ask us to by leaving your details. - For aggregated statistical analysis (e.g., how many conversations we receive, which topics are most requested) to improve the service. - To manage any purchases initiated through the chat. Legal Basis Processing is based on the execution of a service you actively request by using the chat, on our legitimate interest in improving the assistance we offer, and — when you leave your contact details — on the consent you provide at that time. Sharing with Third Parties The text of the messages you write is processed by the AI service provider used by the assistant, solely to generate a relevant response. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for external marketing purposes. Data Retention We store chat history for as long as necessary for the above purposes, and in any case for no longer than 24 months, unless required by law. Your Rights You may at any time request access to, correction or deletion of your data, object to processing, or request data portability by emailing servizioclienti@ziblo.it.
