These data can be used to correctly identify the establishment, create documents, and make the public pages linked to Ziblo accessible to customers.
To open this section, log in to your private area and select **”Your Business”** from the sidebar menu.

### What is the **”Your Business”** section for?
This section collects the fundamental data of the establishment registered on Ziblo. It is important to fill out each field carefully, as these details can be used in various areas of the platform.
In particular, the entered data can be used for:
- identifying the activity within Ziblo;
- displaying the correct name to customers;
- creating the address of the public pages;
- linking menus, reservations, and events to the correct activity;
- reporting the business data in documents or service configurations;
- managing any headquarters and administrative information correctly.
It is advisable to check these data every time the name of the establishment, the legal name, the address, or the organization of the activity changes.

### The **”Business”** Box
The first box on the page is dedicated to the public name of the activity and its permalink.
#### **Name**
The **Name** field contains the name by which the activity is identified and presented to customers.
You can enter, for example:
- the name of the restaurant;
- the name of the pizzeria;
- the name of the bar or venue;
- the designation by which the activity is known to the public.
The name should be written clearly and consistently with the signboard, menu, website, and other communication materials of the establishment.
Avoid inserting in the **Name** field:
- promotional phrases that are too long;
- website addresses;
- phone numbers;
- unnecessary special characters;
- temporary information like “open today” or “special offer”.
The name of the activity should remain stable. If you modify it, verify the pages, menus, printed materials, and QR codes already distributed.
#### **Permalink**
The **Permalink** field identifies the public address associated with the activity.
In the screenshot, the complete permalink is composed of a fixed part and a modifiable slug:
https://app.ziblo.it/ziblo
The first part of the address, `https://app.ziblo.it/`, belongs to the platform. The final part, in this case `ziblo`, identifies the individual activity instead.
The permalink can be used to reach the public pages of the establishment, such as the menu, activity information, or other functions made available by Ziblo.
#### **How to Choose the Permalink**
We recommend using a slug that is:
- short;
- easy to remember;
- consistent with the name of the activity;
- written in lowercase;
- without spaces;
- without accents;
- without unnecessary special characters.
Correct examples:
ristorante-verdipizzeria-da-lucabar-centroagriturismo-il-glicine
It is preferable to avoid slugs that are too long, difficult to pronounce, or full of numbers and symbols.
#### **Attention to Permalink Modification**
Modifying the permalink can change the public address of the activity. Before saving it, verify where it has already been used.
If the old address has been inserted:
- in printed QR codes;
- on the website;
- in social media profiles;
- in emails;
- on flyers, menus, or posters;
- in communications sent to customers;
it may be necessary to update the materials or inform the public of the new address.
As indicated in the screenshot, printed menus and QR codes already distributed can continue to function even after a modification. It is still advisable to check the behavior of the old link before communicating the new permalink.

### The **”Anagraphic Data”** Box
The **”Anagraphic Data”** box contains the information used to formally identify the activity.
#### **Legal Name**
In the **Legal Name** field, enter the official designation of the company or the subject managing the activity.
The legal name may differ from the commercial name shown to customers. For example:
- Public Name: Osteria del Centro;
- Legal Name: Rossi Ristorazione S.r.l..
Enter the designation reported in the official documentation of the company and not just the simple name of the signboard, if the two data do not coincide.
#### **VAT Number**
In the **VAT Number** field, enter the tax number of the company or the subject managing the activity.
Check carefully:
- that the number has the correct format;
- that it contains no spaces or additional characters;
- that it corresponds to the legal name entered;
- that it refers to the subject using Ziblo.
An incorrect VAT number can cause problems in the management of administrative data and in the generation of documents or configurations linked to the activity.
—
### The **”Address”** Box
The **”Address”** section contains the registered headquarters of the activity.
Fill in the fields using the official address of the establishment or the headquarters to which the activity configured in Ziblo refers.
#### **Via (Street)**
In the **Via** field, enter the name of the street, square, avenue, or locality. If necessary, you can include a specific detail to identify the headquarters, such as “Interno” (inside), “Piano” (floor), or “Unità” (unit).
#### **House Number**
In the **House Number** field, enter the number of the building or commercial unit.
#### **Postal Code**
The **Postal Code** field must contain the correct postal code of the headquarters.
#### **City**
In the **City** field, enter the official name of the municipality where the activity is located.
Avoid unclear abbreviations or informal designations that could make it difficult to identify the headquarters.
#### **Province**
In the **Prov.** field, enter the two-letter official abbreviation of the province.
Ensure that the province, city, postal code, and address are consistent with each other.

### Difference Between Name, Legal Name, and Permalink
These three fields have different functions:
| Field | Purpose | Example |
|---|---|---|
| Name | Identifies the activity in front of customers. | Osteria del Centro |
| Legal Name | Identifies the legal entity or company. | Rossi Ristorazione S.r.l. |
| Permalink | Defines the public web address of the activity. | ristorante-verdi |
It is normal for the public name and the legal name to be different. The permalink, however, should be easily linked to the name of the activity to help customers recognize and remember the address.
—
### Checks Before Saving

- Is the name of the activity written correctly?
- Is the permalink short, clear, and consistent with the establishment?
- Does the legal name correspond to the official documents?
- Is the VAT number correct?
- Does the street and house number identify the real headquarters?
- Are the postal code, city, and province correct?
- Have you considered the possible update of QR codes and links already shared?
- Have you verified the public page after saving?
—
### The Public Page of the Activity
The information entered in the **”Your Business”** section forms the basis for the public pages linked to your establishment.
The public address can be used to share with customers the functionalities available on Ziblo, such as:
- the digital menu;
- the categories and products;
- the information about the activity;
- online reservations;
- events;
- any public content configured by the establishment.
Before distributing the link, check that the menu, products, prices, hours, and other public information are updated in the relevant sections of Ziblo.
